When is the Congress and the Senate going to hold this rogue regime accountable for the war crimes and atrocities committed by them?

There is no time to wait. Some say that there is not enough time before the elections to bring impeachment charges against this regime.

That is a lie! There is not only enough time to do so, there is a Constitutional demand that they do so. The Constitution does not say that the Congress "may" bring charges, the Constitution states that the Congress "must" bring charges against those that try to destroy this democracy.

You know, I have written about this many, many times. I am so absolutely disgusted with our government that I don't know what to do or say. This government has let me down at every turn.

We overwhelmingly elected officials from the democratic party to hold accountable those people that thrust the US into the Iraq war.

They have done nothing.

I felt that statement deserved an entire paragraph.

They have done nothing.

These people that have done nothing must be removed from office by casting ballots against them. Those that have been complicit in the crimes of this administration must be removed from office by impeachment or indictment.

This great experiment in democracy is about to come to an end because of one reason.

Apathy.

Apathy.

The Congress does nothing. The Senate does nothing. WE THE PEOPLE MUST DO SOMETHING.

Get off your asses and do something! Write your Congressman, e.mail your Senator, call all of your representatives. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!

The House is putting together a resolution to demand that "president bush" install a naval blockade against Iran.
Does anyone see a possible problem with this idea?

This rogue administrations activities have been declared as criminal, at the very best, by persons that were inside the administration.

Congress has been handed reams and reams of reports that clearly implicate the White House and others in war crimes.

This regime has lied America into a war that has cost over 4,000 American lives and by best estimates over a million Iraqi lives.

By their illegal actions, this administration has made the entire world less safe from terrorist attacks.

This administration has done more than any other entity on earth to further the Jihadist cause.

This administration has taken more of your freedoms than anyone in the history of the world.

The Congress of the United States has aided, and is continuing to aid, this rogue regime in it's illegal and immoral activities.

Historians, educators and philosophers have told us that this administration is destroying the United States.

This administration is hell bent on causing armageddon.

I have a question or two for these people.

Where the hell are you going to live when this world called earth is destroyed? Do you think that you will not be effected by the consequences of your actions? Do you believe that "god" is telling you to destroy the world?

Do you remember the commandment "Thou shall not kill?"

It is time for all this crap to stop and it is time for the human beings to take control once again.

It's pretty goddamned simple really.
The dems are just as guilty as bushco on this and many other issues.

If the dems wanted all of this horse-shit stopped, all they would have to do is vote on it. The dems control the senate and the congress. The "president" has a 27% approval rating. People hate him and they hate the snake Cheney. What is the problem?

The truth is that they do not want to restore the Constitution. They are guilty as sin. Every one of them that voted to continue this atrocity that gwb started are as guilty as he is.

Get rid of every goddamned one of them and start over. Get rid of "professional" politicians once and for all.

I am just so freaking mad that I cannot think without my head blowing apart. Somewhere there must be a sense of right among politicians, but I sure as hell can't see it.

On the down side of Scotty's new book, why the hell didn't he say something before over 4,000 American soldiers have died and untold thousands of Iraquis have died? If he knew, and it sounds like he did, that he was being lied to it would have really helped for him to stand up and say that this is all bull shit these fascists are feeding you and I can prove it. Alas, he did not do that. Just as Colin Powell and others have said, this administration lied. Where the hell were they BEFORE all these people died, the US became bankrupt and the whole world started hating us>

Fuck them all! Put them all in prison or punish them to the full extent of the law. What is the harshest punishment for treason?

Now the pundits and anyone else who thinks they have a brain are trying to jam the Obama Clinton ticket down our throats.
This is just the manipulation that the parties and the media are trying to do. make it look inevitable that the "miracle ticket" of Obama and Clinton will work. It will not work.

I have never seen two more diametrically opposed views of democracy than from these two. Clinton believes that it is her turn to be president and will do ANYTHING to achieve that goal. This goal is for her own personal satisfaction and ego, not for the good of the country. The country be damned, she wants and thinks she has the right to be the next president.

Obama, I believe, holds the only chance for some change in the political environment of this country. Much as John Kennedy did in 1960. They both were and are "inexperienced" in Washington. Both with lofty goals. Both oraters. Both with a real sense of patriotism with their aspirations as president.

Please do not put Clinton and Obama on the same ticket. It is a recipe for disaster at the ballot box and would be a further continuation of vice presidential power grab with this situation.
Remember where the donations come from and the history of these two candidates.

There are plenty of qualified candidates out there for VP and other cabinet posts. Just let HRC slide into obscurity with no further damage to the country.
