Fed up Americans

 OK
Back to Full Blog

When is the Congress and the Senate going to hold this rogue regime accountable for the war crimes and atrocities committed by them?

There is no time to wait. Some say that there is not enough time before the elections to bring impeachment charges against this regime.

That is a lie! There is not only enough time to do so, there is a Constitutional demand that they do so. The Constitution does not say that the Congress "may" bring charges, the Constitution states that the Congress "must" bring charges against those that try to destroy this democracy.

You know, I have written about this many, many times. I am so absolutely disgusted with our government that I don't know what to do or say. This government has let me down at every turn.

We overwhelmingly elected officials from the democratic party to hold accountable those people that thrust the US into the Iraq war.

They have done nothing.

I felt that statement deserved an entire paragraph.

They have done nothing.

These people that have done nothing must be removed from office by casting ballots against them. Those that have been complicit in the crimes of this administration must be removed from office by impeachment or indictment.

This great experiment in democracy is about to come to an end because of one reason.

Apathy.

Apathy.

The Congress does nothing. The Senate does nothing. WE THE PEOPLE MUST DO SOMETHING.

Get off your asses and do something! Write your Congressman, e.mail your Senator, call all of your representatives. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Rocky: At least I'm trying to do something which is more that 99.9999% of any other American is trying to do. I've modified my website to read super fast now. I had it all one file, but broke it up into about 125 individual links, so it works much better. Suddenly I went from 125 hits a day to 600 hits a day. I've got hits from over 55 different nations now, more and more foreigners are interested in what is going to happen to America as what happens to America affects the whole world. So I'm getting some banners made to share with truck drivers who stop at the Button Willow stop on the
"I 5" over by Bakerfield, CA and see if I can get my message out all over America, My banner says "Regular Gas/Diesel $1.29/gal.
www.DonCordellforPresident.com"
I think that will get peoples attention. But I'm getting more and more attention. Now realize, I live in Los Angeles City/County, in California. Sooooo, big banner coming about 10' wide with same information, and I'm going to various freeway bridges in Los Angeles and just hold my banner on the railing for a few hours a day, to get the attention of the motorists. Banner will cost me about $80, and I bet I get a lot of attention, and even maybe a TV station checking me out. Great fun showing what a determined America Citizen can do if angry enough.
Don Cordell for President.

I don't think impeachment efforts would be productive overall. It would seem vindictive. Our effort need to be what Obama proposes generally. Let's not get distracted from fixing the damage so that it doesn't ripple into the future. Impeachment would rightly embolded the base for the Republicans in this election. Right now, they don't know what they are. The only real hope they have is if they can raise fears so high concerning our security at home or whaty Obama will do as President to activate their base.

They have nobody running for President.

It is extremely important that impeachment of this illegal regime goes forward.
By impeaching these criminals it is understood that Congress is actually in session to do what they swore to do. That is to uphold the Constitution of The United States and protect it from those that choose to destroy the Constitution, whether they be foreign or domestic enemies. Domestic being the key word here.
There is no longer any doubt among scholars, particularlu among Constitutional scholars, that this administration has trampled the Constitution and has actively attempted to destroy the Bill of Rights.

To not impeach these criminals tells me one of/or both of two things.

#1. The sitting Congress has no clue as to what The Constitution and The Bill of Rights actually stands for and states or:

#2. The sitting Congress is so complicit with this rogue regime that it cannot impeach this war criminal without implicating themselves in the crimes committed by this regime.

I respectfully submit that the latter is probably closer to the truth than anyone would like to admit Why else would the Speaker of the House pull impeachment off the table when the evidence to the crimes is so overwhelming?

Get rid of Pelosi and replace her with a patriot. Period.
